Duties: The office is responsible for real estate, court, licensing, notary, uniform commercial code documents and serves as the clerk of the Supreme Court and County Court and oversees the repository for the county's legal documents and public records. The clerk’s office is designated as an official passport acceptance and processing facility. The clerk's office has 89 full-time, 55 part-time workers and 25 seasonal workers, and a budget of $7.5 million.
