- Tekulsky, 68, of East Hampton, is running on the Democratic, Republican, Conservative, Working Families and Independence party lines in the general election.
- He has been an East Hampton Town justice since January 2014 and an associate village justice in Sag Harbor since July 2019.
- Since 1989, Tekulsky has also operated his own general law practice in East Hampton.
- He received his undergraduate degree from Elmira College in 1974 and his law degree from St. John's University School of Law in 1978.
