QUESTIONERS: Dana Bash, CNN’s chief political correspondent, and Errol Louis, host of “Inside City Hall” on NY1 and a CNN political commentator

LOCATION: Duggal Greenhouse at the Brooklyn Navy Yard

FORMAT: 75 seconds to answer questions; 30 seconds for rebuttals or follow-ups. A timing light will indicate that a candidate’s time is up. There are no bells or buzzers.
