No one hit the $285 million grand prize jackpot in the national Powerball drawing Monday.

But there was one second-place ticket worth $1 million — and it was sold in Oceanside, officials said.

Powerball officials said that second-place ticket — the lone consolation winner in the United States — was sold at Heart to Heart at 2820 Brower Ave.

Heart to Heart owner Deepak Shah said in a phone interview it “felt great” to have sold the winning ticket. “I’m here 26 years and it’s the first time I’ve got a million dollar winner,” he said.

Shah didn’t know the winner’s identity but was hoping it was “somebody local … a regular customer who’s been coming for all these years.” Shah is also a lotto player, he said: “I play every time, every draw,” he said.

The winning numbers for the Monday night drawing were 13, 20, 31, 33 and 59, with a red Powerball number of 20. Winners must hit all five numbers, drawn from a field of balls numbered one to 69, and also match the Powerball, which is from a separate field of balls numbered one to 26.

The winning consolation ticket matched all five field numbers but not the Powerball.

Officials said that nationally there were 11 third-place tickets sold, which matched four numbers and the Powerball number, as well as 196 fourth-place and 424 fifth-place winning tickets. Third-place winners each get to collect $50,000, while the fourth-place and fifth-place winners get $100 each for matching either four numbers or three numbers and the Powerball.

One of the third-place winning tickets was sold at Kings Park Mini Mart on Main Street in Kings Park, lottery officials said. Another ticket was sold in Yonkers.

Nineteen of the fourth-place winners and 40 of the fifth-place winners were also sold in New York, lottery officials said.

The $1 million winning ticket-holder has not yet come forward.

Officials said the next Powerball drawing should now have a jackpot in excess of $300 million.

Powerball tickets are sold in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
