The Diocese of Rockville Centre on Tuesday ordained Msgr. Richard G. Henning as its fourth auxiliary bishop. Henning, 53, a Long Island native who speaks Spanish fluently and has experience running a local parish, will assist Bishop John Barres in his duties.
