Sunrise Highway reopens in Baldwin after crash, cops say

A jackknifed tractor-trailer closed eastbound Sunrise Highway in Baldwin for more than four hours during Tuesday’s morning commute.
Informny.com, the state Department of Transportation website, said the closure happened just before 7 a.m. near Chestnut Street; the roadway reopened shortly before 11 a.m.
A police spokesman said there were no serious injuries.
