To keep viewers, make the videos a minute or less. "Attention span has dropped a lot," Striffler said.

Video creators with authentic voices seem to be most popular, says Aaron Zamost, YouTube spokesman. "They are very real, talk about things they like, upload videos on things they are doing."

QUANTITY COUNTS.

Upload frequently, Zamost advises. Build an audience, mention your videos on Facebook, Twitter.-
