After blizzard, mass transit expected to be mostly close to normal in NYC Monday

After getting hammered by the weekend's blizzard, mass transit across the city and tri-state area will be mostly back to normal this morning.
The subway system, Long Island Rail Road, New Jersey Transit and the city's bridges and tunnels had restored almost all service by Sunday night, with sporadic delays. Only the Metro-North Railroad still had significant shutdowns, with service suspended between Stamford and New Haven, Conn., as well as on the branch lines.
Some subway lines with above-ground tracks may have service delays Monday morning, as the platforms and stairs must be cleared of all snow and ice.
Officials also advised commuters using any of the city's bridges and tunnels to allow for extra travel time and to drive at slower speeds in wet areas.
Alternate side of the street parking is suspended through Wednesday.
