DOT: Meadowbrook Parkway ramp closed Friday

The ramp from Charles Lindbergh Boulevard to the southbound Meadowbrook State Parkway in East Garden City will be closed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday for installation of construction barriers, officials said.

After that work is completed, there will be rotating lane closures at the intersection as work is done to repair the concrete deck of Charles Lindbergh Boulevard over the parkway, the state Department of Transportation said.

The repair work is expected to be finished next spring, the agency said.
