Man, 58, killed in East Norwich crash, Nassau police say
A motorist was killed Thursday morning when his vehicle veered off the roadway in East Norwich and struck several trees, Nassau County police said.
Police were dispatched at 6 a.m. to the crash on Northern Boulevard near the intersection of Linden Lane, authorities said.
The driver, a 58-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene by an East Norwich Fire Department paramedic.
The name of the driver was not released and the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
