Windy conditions Monday were delaying arriving flights at LaGuardia Airport, the Federal Aviation Administration said.
Shortly before 1 p.m., the delays for incoming flights were averaging an hour and 49 minutes, and some departures may also be affected, so travelers should check with their airlines, the FAA said.
