The LIRR says it has temporarily suspended westbound service between Jamaica and Penn Station due to a disabled train.
Multiple news reports said that there had been a minor derailment.
The MTA said the disabled train was in one of the East River tunnels.
According to the LIRR, NYC Transit is cross honoring fares on the E train between Jamaica and Penn. Fares are also being cross honored on the 7 train at Woodside.
