The Long Island Rail Road said it will add 38 trains Saturday for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Manhattan.

In the interest of safety, the railroad said, it was banning alcohol on trains, platforms and stations from 12:01 a.m. Saturday through 5 a.m. Sunday.

Specific train times for each branch can be seen at mta.info — the railroad’s website.
