The Meadowbrook State Parkway reopened Tuesday afternoon in Westbury after a tractor trailer struck an overpass and overturned, New York State Police spokesperson Trooper Brittany Burton told Newsday.
The crash occurred shortly after 1 p.m., according to Burton, south of the exit for Merchants Concourse, the overpass that was struck. All northbound lanes nearby were closed.
The truck was uprighted and the lanes reopened. There were no injuries, Burton said.
