Source: 2 planes at Kennedy held after threats

Port Authority police are investigating two grounded airplanes at Kennedy Airport Monday afternoon after receiving reported threats, a source said.
Someone phoned in threats to Port Authority police, and an American Airlines flight from Chicago and a Finnair plane were guided to a secure area of the airport while authorities prepared to investigate the reports, a source with knowledge of the investigation said.
The planes were being held from taking off or proceeding to the terminal just before 4 p.m., the source said.
The American Airlines flight had an air marshal on board, the source said.
