Wanted: Bank robbery; office burglary
Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Robbery Squad are looking for a man wanted in connection with a bank robbery in Massapequa.
According to police, at 1:27 p.m. on Aug. 8, the suspect entered Capital One Bank at 5100 Sunrise Hwy., approached a teller and demanded money. He threatened to shoot the teller and motioned to his waistband. He then took the money and left the bank. He is described as being about 5-foot-4 and 25-30 years of age with a stocky build, slight beard, and was wearing sunglasses and Yankees cap.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are looking for a man in connection with a burglary in Amityville.
According to police, between 7:45 p.m. and 9 p.m. on July 9, the suspect entered a doctor's office in Suite 3 at 333 Broadway and took several Lord & Taylor gift cards with a total value of $850.
