Wanted: Nordstrom Rack theft; Sephora theft

Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police Department are looking for a man suspected of taking shoes from an East Garden City store.

According to police, at 7:29 p.m. on May 7 the man was observed inside Nordstrom Rack at 1040 Old Country Rd. taking numerous pairs of men's shoes, valued at about $410.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Squad detectives are looking for a woman suspected of taking cosmetics from a Lake Grove store.

Police say that on March 1 a woman took cosmetics items valued at about $1,000 from Sephora at 313 Smith Haven Mall. She was described as being in her 20s with dark hair and was wearing a dark-colored jacket and dark pants.
