Wanted: Theft at store; restaurant robbery
Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police Department are looking for a suspect wanted in connection with the theft of items from a store in Valley Stream.
Police say that at 4:10 p.m. on May 22, a woman was observed in J.C. Penney at 1051 Green Acres Rd. taking two pairs of men's sneakers, valued at $105.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives are looking for a suspect wanted in connection with a robbery at a Coram restaurant.
According to police, at 9:45 p.m. on May 29, a man entered a Subway at 1 Glenmere Lane, holding a metal pipe. He approached an employee at the counter and demanded cash. The suspect was described as having short dark hair and a medium build. He was wearing tan pants and a dark gray button-down shirt with a black T-shirt underneath.
