Wanted: Theft at store; stolen credit card

Nassau police and its Crime Stoppers department are looking for two suspects wanted in connection with the theft of items at a Carle Place store.

Police say that at 5:30 a.m. on April 5, the men stole a Panasonic camera, Beats headphones, and an HP Pavilion laptop computer from Staples at 192 Glen Cove Rd.

Suffolk police and its Crime Stoppers department are looking for a suspect who used stolen credit cards to make purchases in the Bellport-East Patchogue area.

Police say that at 3 p.m. on June 23, someone smashed the passenger-side window of a 2003 Ford Escape that was in the parking lot of Friendly's Restaurant on Patchogue-Yaphank Road in North Bellport, and stole a Coach wristlet with cash and credit cards from inside the car.

Police say that later the same day a male suspect used a credit card stolen from inside the Ford Escape to buy items at stores in Bellport and East Patchogue.
