Haverstraw King's Daughters Public Library will sponsor a workshop titled "Happiness: Living an Optimistic Lifestyle" at 7 p.m. April 26.

The workshop will focus on what makes people happy, what the myths of happiness are, setting life goals, long-term and short-term happiness and gratitude.

The library is located at 85 Main St. in Haverstraw.
