Among those honored on Veterans Day was 100-year-old U.S. Army and World War II veteran Frank Soliwoda, one of 20 veterans who live at Momentum at South Bay for Rehabilitation and Nursing in East Islip. The veterans all received plaques and Soliwoda also was presented with a citation from Assemb. Andrew Garbarino.
