A Staten Island grand jury voted not to bring criminal charges against NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo, who threw his arm around Eric Garner’s neck last summer as Garner resisted arrest on charges of selling illegal cigarettes.
There goes the brave notion that body camera video will show indisputable evidence when a police officer breaks the law.
