The dictator next door had hung-up his trademark leader of the revolution garb in 2006 when illness forced him to turned control of Cuba's presidency to his brother, Raul. Castro's sartorial statement came as he made a statement on Friday about the dangers of nuclear war to students at the University of Havanna.
