That's how long after President Barack Obama signed health reform into law that it took opponents to file the first lawsuit seeking to kill it. The attorneys general of 13 states contend that it's unconstitutional for Washington to force people to buy insurance, as the bill does. So after seven decades of talking about reform, a year of campaigning for reform and a year actually legislating reform, now we'll litigate reform.
