This might ease the pain
The continued Penn Station infrastructure problem is only the prelude to a summer of delays, cancellations and modified schedules on the LIRR. The MTA should consider instituting a special summer monthly “Grin and Bare It” fare of $10 to compensate commuters for their woes.
