The new guidelines of the European Union say to boycott products coming from the “occupied territories” in Israel.
Yet it’s hard to distinguish between a tomato grown in Israel proper from the one under the ban.
The likely result may be the boycott of all Israeli tomatoes and other products, with a devastating effect on Israel’s economy. Succumbing to the pressure of its growing Muslim population, the EU is now another knife in the hands of the Palestinians.
