Ray Kelly's tenure as New York City police commissioner has been an outstanding performance of competency and restraint, under the most difficult pressure from outside influences and ultraliberal, anti-law enforcement politicians.
If Kelly's musings are considered "sour grapes" by cartoonist Jimmy Margulies ["Ray Kelly's produce," Opinion, Nov. 16], then his cartoonish efforts are just rotten tomatoes, thrown by someone with no idea of the responsibilities of keeping a city of 8 million people safe.
