It's so sad that Senate candidate Liz Cheney of Wyoming can't accept her sister's sexuality ["Cheney family embroiled in gay-marriage dispute," News, Nov. 19]. Liz Cheney states that she is for traditional marriage between a man and a woman.
What is more traditional that actually accepting one's family member for who she is and standing by her? Her love for her sister Mary should be her inspiration to open up her views.
