Letter: Don't add tax for online buying

Don't let the politicians fool you. A state sales tax on Internet purchases has nothing to do with leveling the playing field ["Bill seeks sales taxes for online purchases," News, April 24]. If it did, lawmakers would require brick-and-mortar stores to deliver packages to your home. This is just another way to raise tax revenue.
