Gas stations should post credit surcharge
"Credit-card surcharge nixed" [News, Sept. 30] said that a federal appeals court had upheld the New York State law that prohibits the imposition of surcharges for the use of credit cards, as opposed to paying cash.
I hope that this means that gasoline stations must now post the credit-card prices on their large signs, instead of hiding them.
