Letter: LIRR should take credit cards on trains

In response to "LIRR e-tickets? The wait goes on" , I agree it's ridiculous that the nation's busiest commuter railroad doesn't have e-tickets. What wasn't mentioned in the article was that the Long Island Rail Road only accepts cash -- and no bills larger than $50 -- when you buy a ticket on the train. Get with the times, LIRR union.
