Letter: NY doesn't need another casino

Have someone go to the major casinos and watch what happens at the bus drop-offs ["Expand gambling in NY, but play it wisely," Editorial, March 18]. There is a sub industry of buses "trolling" for gamblers from one casino to the next.
How many busloads can support how many casinos? From a planning point of view, when is it inappropriate to grant another permit?
