Letter: Obama helped U.S. rebuild from collapse

A recent letter writer, among many people, is angry at the Obama administration [“Perhaps Trump’s fear talk is warranted,” July 31].
The writer seems to have forgotten that President Barack Obama greatly contributed to the financial recovery after the fiscal mess left by President George W. Bush. The writer also may have forgotten that Obama was the president who got Osama bin Laden.
