Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wisc.) said that preserving family time was one of his conditions for accepting the role as speaker of the House .
Will somebody please tell him that the House was in session 132 days this year? That's 26.4 weeks of work. All this for his exorbitant $233,500 salary and family medical insurance for life to which members contribute.
And, by the way, I'm paying for it with my taxes, which I don't mind paying if you show me something for it -- anything.
