Law professor Stephen I. Vladeck’s discussion of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server to conduct our nation’s affairs of state reads like the opening statement of a defense attorney [“What we miss in Clinton email mess,” Opinion, March 21].

What he and everyone else seem to ignore is that in her position, any correspondence had the potential to become classified or sensitive. This reveals serious concerns about the judgment and competence of the presidential candidate and ex-secretary of state.
