This rally for immigrants really had me bothered ["Rally for immigrant rights," News, Dec. 19]. These "immigrants" are here illegally. The legal immigrants in this country have no need to rally. They are here legally.
They came here legally and they belong here. No person should be able to come to another country illegally, and demand rights in the country they entered. We have laws, and it's time the federal government started enforcing them.
The few states that have taken the initiative to uphold these laws should be commended.
