Letter: Reckless driving over train tracks

It would seem some people believe the Metropolitan Transportation Authority was at fault for the latest train-car collisions ["Crossings a top priority," News, Feb. 26].
Drivers who wait on the tracks or go around the lowered gates are the real culprits.
