Letter: Route 110 work has taken too long

Construction on Route 110 in Melville has been going on at a snail's pace. The skeleton crews seem to do minimal work. This small stretch is a major artery. Why is construction on Route 347 and Route 111 running smoothly, and even with construction, those roads are drivable? Route 110 is a mess and hazardous.
