In 2002, Kyle Soukup was an immature teenager who ended the lives of two innocent victims because of his extremely reckless actions while drag-racing ["Driver in fatal crash faces new indictment," News, July 12]. Ten years later, he is an immature adult who clearly did not learn anything from his time in prison.

Out again to put the public and the lives of police officers at risk, Soukup clearly thinks that he is above the law.

His 21/2-year slap on the wrist was obviously a travesty.
