Letter: Speed cams really do change behavior

Veronica Vanterpool, executive director of the nonprofit advocacy group Tri-State Transportation Campaign, was exactly correct when she called Nassau County speed cameras effective, saying, "They change motorists' behavior" . They motivate motorists to vote out incumbent legislators.
