Letter: Trump shouldn’t be commander in chief

So many Americans had the opportunity to serve in the U.S. military either by volunteering or by the draft. Donald Trump did not serve.
Now he has the nerve to go before veterans groups [“Trump says he’s better for veterans,” News, July 27], run down former prisoners of war like Sen. John McCain, and ask to be commander in chief of the military as president.
He doesn’t deserve to be president!
