Letter: Unhappy with Nassau lawmakers

Is there no limit to our Nassau County legislators’ gall? First, they vote for a major increase in salary [“Big raise for legislators,” News, Dec. 22]. In addition, they want to add to their mailing budget [“Disclosure plan is not reform,” News column, Dec. 20].
I’m sure their constituents would prefer that the money be spent on additional road paving instead of self-aggrandizing mailings that only add to the waste stream.
