Musings: A truck gets a haircut again

Recently, yet another unauthorized truck had its roof sheared off, this time while driving under the 8-foot-high underpass at Eagle Avenue on the Southern State Parkway.
Granted, the driver should not have been on the parkway. However, wouldn’t you think that after nearly a century, authorities would have reconstructed these low bridges by now?
