The flashing strobe brake lights I’ve been seeing more and more of are not legal in New York State. Do drivers feel safer because the lights are blinking like a Christmas display?

It’s funny that many drivers with these infernal strobe lights don’t signal when changing lanes.

And they often are also the ones speeding and weaving in and out of lanes.
