Unhappy with snow removal after storm

I’ve spent my whole life as a resident of Nassau County; I grew up in the 1970s. It’s been extremely upsetting to see the decline of our services. We pay some of the highest taxes in the country.
I was furious with the Town of Hempstead for its inability to clear the roads after the most recent snowstorm [“That’s cold! Snow socks LI,” News, Feb. 10].
The day after the storm, the roads were a dangerous, icy mess.
