A historic farmhouse in East Marion is on the market for $2.775 million. The annual property taxes are $5,700.
Built in the mid-1600s, the house may be one of the oldest in the country, said Rebecca Shafer, of The Corcoran Group. She is co-listing the property with Kate DiGregorio.
The house, located on Cedar Lane, is a contrast to the larger, modern builds of the Hamptons, Shafer said.

"When I went and took a look at it, it was just such a throwback for me," Shafer said.

"When you use that term 'turnkey,' you think it always has to refer to a new house," Shafer said. "This is a vintage turnkey."
