This summer, we are launching an upgraded digital paper experience in the Newsday app.

To ensure your device is ready for this update and continues working smoothly, please update your Newsday app today.

Older versions of the app will be retired and no longer be able to load the digital paper. Updating now guarantees you will not experience any interruptions in your reading.

How to update your app in 3 simple steps

1. Open the App Store (on Apple devices) or the Google Play Store (on Android devices).

2. Search for "Newsday" in the search bar.

3. Tap the Update button next to our app.

(Tip: While you are there, turning on "Automatic Updates" for the app will ensure you always have the latest version without having to think about it!)

If you prefer, you can always read the digital paper on your computer or phone's web browser. Simply go to paper.newsday.com and log in with your email and password.
