Adam Dunn out with appendectomy

First it was Matt Holliday and now Adam Dunn will miss time after undergoing an emergency appendectomy. He went to the emergency room following last night's loss to the Royals. He is expected to miss at least five days and isn't expected to be put on the disabled list.
