Bay still experiencing headaches, goes on 15-day DL
In an expected move, the Mets announced Friday afternoon that outfielder Jason Bay has been placed on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to July 26.
Jesus Feliciano, who made his Major League debut with the team at age 31 on June 10, has been called up to fill his roster spot.
Bay, who injured himself Friday after crashing into a wall at Dodger Stadium, is still experiencing headaches, the team said.
