Collins: I like our rotation against the Phils
Mets manager Terry Collins met his roster face-to-face for the first time during a kids day event at Citi Field on Wednesday.
Collins wasn't short in confidence in discussing his players, talking about the pitching rotation's strength - he thinks it is on par with the Phillies' - and the lineup's depth. He also gave some insight into what the team's preseason workouts might look like; that's right, not even major-leaguers are excused from the occasional sprints.
